Service Description

Grief is a deeply personal experience, influenced by the relationships we had with the people we've lost. The workshop aims to support individuals in processing and overcoming their grief. We will cover the impacts of grief, new approaches on bereavement, signs of complicated/prolonged grief, ways to process grief and how to support others who are grieving.
